Dear Parents,
Thank you for your interest in St. Thomas Nursery School. St. Thomas Nursery School has been providing enriching experiences for preschool children for over 60 years. Registration for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year begins January 3, 2023.
The 2023-2024 school year will include all the programs and amenities that make STNS unique… a state-of-the-art educational facility complete with our hands-on Sensory Room, library, indoor playground, and outdoor playground. One of the most popular spaces with our students and staff alike is our large outdoor play scape which includes a music wall, gravel pit, milkweed to monarch butterfly garden, outdoor classroom, hillside slide, and rope and rock climbing walls. We are able to provide personalized attention to our students due to our low teacher: student ratio and supplement the regular curriculum by including a wide variety of enrichment programs. The children attend a rotating enrichment class weekly. The rotation includes a music class, a world culture program, and a Kids in Motion class. We also enjoy a monthly family chapel service and a number of other special visitors (the Cincinnati Zoo and Green Earth Farms are our current favorites!) We also offer a variety of extended day programs, which are listed on the registration form.
To register, please complete a registration form. If you are registering more than one child, please fill out a separate registration form for each child.. On the registration form, please indicate the class desired with your first, second, and third preferences of days and times. If you do not receive your first class choice, we will place you on a waiting list for that class and contact you if a spot would become available in your preferred class. You will be notified the beginning of February of your placement.
In order to participate in our priority registration lottery, please return your completed registration form accompanied by the $100 registration fee to the Nursery School office by 3:00pm on January 27, 2023.
We will process all the forms received by January 27, 2023,, giving priority to our currently enrolled families, alumni families and church members in good standing. Applicants that submit registration forms after January 27, 2023 will be offered the remaining available class spots.
